- Notice if logging off creates anxiety — this warrants honest self-examination
- If you find yourself choosing AI interaction over real-world relationships consistently, this is a pattern worth addressing
Privacy in Practice
Conversation data is stored on company servers. Protect yourself:
- Register with a secondary email
- Share no identifying personal information in conversations
- Periodically delete conversations you no longer need
- Use the platform's account deletion tools when you stop using the service
